Code & Theory

code and theory

It had been a while since we heard the name Code And Theory thrown around, and well, we actually didn’t hear the name thrown around at all, sometimes you just don’t have to, because the work speaks for itself. That’s exactly the case here. We came across a site we loved, did a little investigating and found out it was our friends over at C&T. Now that’s proper marketing.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Download one of the following templates to use for your spot. You can also create a new document on your own, but the size must be 120px wide by 90px tall, 72dpi, and make sure it's setup in RGB color mode. DO NOT add any borders to the outside of your document.
  2. Save your spot as a static .gif or .jpg file. No animated .gif's or .swf files will be accepted.
  3. Max file size for each spot is 20K.
  4. Keep it simple. Remember, you want people to click on your spot. If users have no idea what your spot is promoting, chances are they will not click on it. We've found logos with adequate space surrounding them work best. Clean spots are what we prefer, but we also don't discourage using artwork for your spot. Keep in mind, we DO NOT ALLOW the following elements to be included in any spot:
    • Typed URL's (example "www.mycoolsite.com")
    • Copyrighted materials (trust us, we're good at spotting this stuff)
    • Profanity
    • Racial/Hate insignias
    • Nudity (we want to keep this work safe)
  5. Read our Terms of Service agreement before submitting your spot.
